Our Maintenance Program
In our maintenance program for residential properties, we provide two options to utilize: a one-time preventative maintenance visit for $79, or our annual plan that includes two visits (every six months in the spring and fall). The $79 service call price is waived if you choose the one-year plan, and you also receive a 10% discount on repairs and replacements for the duration of the year.
Our commercial maintenance program consists of a special site-specific preventative maintenance feature. We offer choices for annual, biennial, and quarterly preventative maintenance as well as air filter replacement.
